Project ECHO
Project ECHO or Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes is a telemonitoring program that was created to address the needs of the most vulnerable populations by equipping communities with the right knowledge, at the right place, at the right time without geographic restraints getting in the way.
ECHO is built around four key principles: use technology to leverage scarce resources, share best practices to reduce disparities, apply case-based learning to master complexity, and evaluate and monitor outcomes.
